The Apple Pie Smoothie

Around this time of year it is a toss up between Apple and Pumpkin, but there really is no reason not to have both when it is a healthy MCFIT protein packed smoothie! 🥧🍎

This smoothie is excellent post workout. It tastes just like dessert.

🍂 1 C Vanilla Almond Milk, Unsweetened I used @malkorganics
🍂 1 Scoop MCFIT Creamy Vanilla Natural Whey Protein
🍂 1 Cup Chopped Apple
🍂 1 TSP Organic Ground Cinnamon
🍂 1 TBSP Hemp Seeds
🍂 1 TBSP Cashew Butter
🍂 1 TSP Ginger, I used Dorot Frozen Ginger Cubes

Blend with a handful of ice on high for about a minute. Top with more cinnamon or even some Coco Whip for an extra treat!
