The Snickerdoodle Smoothie

This creamy, chewy and cinnamon-y smoothie hits all the right taste buds, is low in sugar (less than 5 g), high in fiber and protein. A perfect post workout smoothie. If you want it for breakfast, skip the banana, you won't miss it! 

Recipe:

Ingredients

1 C almond milk (unsweetened)

1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder

1.5 TBSP Hemp Seeds

1 TBSP Cashew Butter
1/2 TSP Cinnamon

Blend on low for 30 seconds, then add:

1/4 Frozen Banana
1/2 C Frozen Cauliflower Rice
Handful of Ice
Blend on high for 60 seconds.
